I would like to test the perfume before buying it. Could I receive samples?

The discovery set allows you to explore our signature fragrance(s) and layer your very own signature scent.

Are your Love, Grace products for women and men?

All of our Love, Grace. products (fragrance, skin care and hair care) are for women and men. Some of our fragrance line products have a unisex scent -- but they are all natural healing oils for the body. So you have the luxury to choose which product(s) are essential to your aliments.

Do you practice tests on animals? Do you use natural or synthetic raw materials?

Products are 100% cruelty free and most vegan friendly. We do not require by law or test our products on animals.

Our products are made using Organic, natural, pure and or plant-based products from around the world in which each plant is found indigenously grown and harvested under the right conditions, and cared for in the right way throughout the extraction production process. To guarantee our customers are receiving the purest oil extracts that meet a high standard of purity and material consumption. Synthetic fibers are used in some products to promote a long lasting sillage.

Is the payment online secured? Do you use cookies?

We want to ensure our customers are valued and protected. All of your information concerning your order, account information, and online payments are secured. The transaction is done on a secure site back by SSL Secure Payment; 256 -- Bit SSL Encryption and PayPal, making ordering online safe and secure.

When you use our Site we will store cookies on your computer in order to facilitate and customize your use of our Site. A cookie is a small data text file, which a Web Site stores on your computer’s hard drive (if your Web browser permits) that can later be retrieved to identify you to us. Our cookies store randomly assigned user identification numbers, the country where you are located, and your first name to welcome you back to our Site. The cookies make your use of the Site easier, make the Site run more smoothly and help us to maintain a secure Site. You are always free to decline our cookies if your browser permits, but some parts of our Site may not work properly in that case.

We may use an outside ad serving company to display banner advertisements on our Site. As part of their service, they will place a separate cookie on your computer. We will not provide any third-party ad server with any of your Personally Identifiable Information or information about your purchases. We and our third party ad server will collect and use Non-Personally Identifiable Information about you, such as your IP address, browser type, the server your computer is logged onto, the area code and zip code associated with your server and whether you responded to a particular ad. Other advertisers may also place banner ads on our Site in the same manner as above, but we will not disclose any Personally Identifiable Information to them.

What are the shipping fees and policy?

All domestic shipping in the U.S. is free for orders over $150.00 USD. We offer a flat $14 shipping rate for all other orders, shipped through USPS, UPS ground, and FedEX. At this time all orders are domestic only. We will update if we begin to ship internationally.

Please note: Once you have placed an order with Love, Grace. The Brand (online), you may not cancel your order unless the item ordered is no longer able to be delivered. Products ordered and then refused by a customer at their address will incur an automatic 50% re-stocking fee in addition to the deduction of any applicable shipping charges incurred by Love, Grace. We ask that all returns be sent in perfect condition, unused and with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

We have the right to refuse any item(s) we feel does not meet these requirements.

Please note that you can not exchange any items, only request a refund.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email to confirm a receipt of your order. Your order will begin being processed within 48 hours. Since the oils are handmade per order received it may take up to 5-7 days for the blending process to be completed before shipping. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number email to track your order. All orders are via FedEX, UPS or USPS ground, shipping time varies on location and timing of the year -- to check your package, input you tracking number at https://www.usps.com We are not responsible to any lost or stolen packages, only damaged items may be returned.

There is an issue with my order, what do I do?

If there is a mistake with your order, please don't hesitate to email info@lovegracethebrand.com If you would like to request a return/refund on an order please go to the Return/Exchange tab to fill out a Return Authorization Form. You will be notified with in 24-48 hours with a solution to your issue.

Can I buy your products at a store location?

Our products are popping up at store locations around the U.S. Visit our contact page to see new store locations in your area.

Can I gift any product?

Of course, when you click on a product and select size and collection, you have a space to write a note to whom you would like to gift your order to. If the shipping address differs from the billing address, be sure to update that as you complete your order. Please contact us immediately if you have any questions.
