Ordering Process

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email to confirm a receipt of your order. Your order will be processed within 48 hours, expect to receive a confirmation email. Since the oils are handmade per order received it may take up to 5-7 days for the blending process to be completed before shipping. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number email to track your order. All orders are via FedEX, UPS, USPS ground, shipping time varies on location and timing of the year -- to check your package, input you tracking number at

We are not responsible to any lost or stolen packages, only damaged items may be returned.

We deliver products and samples all over the U.S. No international shipping available at this time.

All orders are expedited by USPS and may take up to 7 days for delivery once the blending process is completed (can take up to 5-7 days)

What are the shipping fees?

All domestic shipping in the U.S. is free for orders over $150.00 USD. We offer a flat $14 shipping rate for all other orders, shipped through FedEX, USPS, UPS ground. At this time all orders are domestically to U.S. addresses only -- We will update if we begin to ship internationally. ​​​

There is an issue with my order, what do I do?

​If there is a mistake with your order, please don't hesitate to call or email If you would like to request a return/refund on an order please go to the Return/Exchange tab to fill out a Return Authorization Form. You will be notified with in 24-48 hours with a solution to your issue.

Return/Exchange Policy

For LoveGraceThe orders, products may be returned only if damaged upon arrival or received wrong package. Must be returned in its original condition, with tag intact. Merchandise that has been altered is not returnable.

In order to receive a full refund, simply fill out the Return Authorization (RA) form and submit. Attach the prepaid mailing label to the outside of your return package to mail the item(s) back to us. Kindly note, that packages with an incomplete return form will be returned to sender. All refunds will be credited to the original form of tender, and return processing time varies by financial institution. Can items purchased online be returned to a store location?

Any purchase made on LoveGraceThe, may be returned only returned online. Any purchase made at our store location may be returned at that same store location only. Please call or email if you have any questions.
